Accountability and Staff
Since its inception, Emma's Harvest Home has maintained accountability, credibility and truthfulness to its mission, the community, supporters and funding sources. Our bookkeeping and audits are conducted by a certified public accountant following all applicable guidelines.
Our administrative and programmatic services are monitored by the Alabama Department of Mental Health-Mental Retardation, Substance Abuse Services Division (DMH-MR SASD). We have been certified by the Department since our beginning and are subject to random as well as scheduled site visits.
All staff meets the qualifications for the positions they hold and the educational needs of the staff are monitored. Continuing education is required in order to maintain professional integrity and quality of care.
